Processing

Full Natural process, then decaffeinated using the Swiss Water Process, so nothing but the caffeine is missing.

Brewing Recommendations

The berry and brown sugar sweetness comes through nicely as a pour-over or drip coffee, and it's a great low-caffeine option to keep in rotation for afternoon or evening cups.
