Policies & Terms

Service rates & what to expect

Commercial coffee equipment varies a lot in age, condition, and history, so we can't guarantee every machine is repairable — but we can promise honest diagnostics and clear communication about cost before we get to work.

Service Rates

Scheduling Deposit$100, credited in full toward your final invoice. Reserves your appointment and covers travel within 30 miles of our Nanticoke shop. May be waived for established commercial accounts in good standing.
Travel$1.25 per mile beyond 30 miles.
Labor$45 per half-hour, billed in 30-minute increments.
PartsBilled at cost, plus applicable shipping & handling.
Warranty coverageapplies only to parts we install and the related workmanship. It doesn't cover issues from improper installation, poor water quality or scale buildup, power surges, freeze damage, misuse, deferred maintenance, or unauthorized repairs — whether from us or a manufacturer's warranty.

How Service Visits Work

  • Diagnostic time, travel, and labor are billable regardless of whether the equipment is ultimately repaired — these cover our technician's time and expertise, not a guaranteed fix.
  • We'll get your approval before installing major replacement parts or doing repairs that go substantially beyond the original diagnostic scope.
  • Not every issue can be found or fixed in one visit. Older or previously repaired equipment can reveal problems that weren't visible during inspection, and specialty parts sometimes need to be ordered.
  • Cancellations with at least 24 hours' notice can have the deposit applied to one rescheduled visit within 60 days; cancellations with less notice, or no-shows, forfeit the deposit.
  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made. We accept cash, check, credit card, and ACH/electronic payment.

Service Authorization & Repair Agreement

Every service visit is covered by a signed authorization agreement. Download and review it ahead of time — you can sign and bring it to your appointment, or sign on-site when our technician arrives.
