Delicious, smooth milk chocolate and graham cracker sweetness with a hit of dried berry and an oh-so-slight tartness on the finish. Sourced from Mogiana, Brazil, through the Café Delas project, produced exclusively by female-owned and -operated fincas.

This coffee comes to us through Café Delas, a sourcing program built around women-led coffee farms. The United Nations estimates that if women farmers worldwide had the same access to resources as men, the resulting gains in productivity could lift as many as 150 million people out of hunger. Café Delas is one small, direct way we put that principle into practice: every finca in the program is women-owned, and the women who run them are recognized as the business owners at every step of the supply chain. They're paid directly for their coffee, and a portion of what we pay above market price flows back to them in cash, equipment, and training to keep raising the quality of both the coffee and the farm. Café Delas doesn't just look for farms women happen to own — it actively invests in developing women as leaders and decision-makers in their communities.
