About This Coffee

An incredible decaf, unlike any other — notes of blueberry, fruit punch, and honey, with a full, sweet body that doesn't taste like anything's missing. This coffee comes from La Victoria, in Peru's San Martín region, where coffee farming has been a family tradition for generations.

Producer / Cooperative

In 2020, local growers came together to form the Cerro Blanco Producers Association (APROCEB), named for the striking white sand mountain that surrounds their farms. Through Eleva Finca, they're focused on preserving that heritage while farming sustainably and building up their community — all while producing genuinely exceptional coffee.

Processing

Organic Natural process, then decaffeinated using the Swiss Water Process — a chemical-free method that uses pure water and carbon technology engineered to target caffeine molecules specifically, so the only thing removed is the caffeine and the flavor stays fully intact.

Brewing Recommendations

The vivid fruit notes in this decaf shine brightest as a pour-over, where you can really pick out the blueberry and fruit punch character. A good one to keep on hand for an evening cup that doesn't skimp on flavor.
