64 mm hardened steel burrs, made in Germany, and a stepless grind adjustment give Jack an unusually wide range — from Turkish-fine to French press-coarse — so one grinder can serve your espresso bar and your pour-over station. A cast aluminum chamber with cooling ribs keeps heat transfer to a minimum, protecting flavor shot after shot.

Low retention keeps waste down, and quick spout and flapper access makes daily cleaning painless. The height-adjustable tray fits everything from shot glasses to dosing cups, and the small hopper doubles as a purge unit for true single-dose grinding.
