Shipping and Freshness:

Shipping costs are straight-forward: $2.50 is charged for shipping on each bag unless otherwise noted. A $2.00 handling fee is assessed to every order.

All coffees are roasted to order. Roasting is generally done on Sundays and Mondays and mailed within a day out of the roaster. Remember.. coffee doesn’t even “peak” until the second week… so enjoy your coffee from the first to the last cup.
